That structure starts with a physical walk of your building. We measure square footage, count restrooms and workstations, identify floor types and their maintenance cycles, note high-touch inventory, and flag anything requiring specialty attention — think laboratory space, secure server rooms, warehouse ledges, or executive suites. From that walk we produce a written scope: daily tasks, weekly tasks, monthly tasks, and quarterly deep-clean tasks. Everyone — us, you, and the crew — works from the same document.

They work from color-coded microfiber and mop systems (red for restrooms, blue for offices, yellow for breakrooms) to prevent cross-contamination — the same protocol used in hospitals. Restrooms get a full sanitization sequence, not a wipe-and-run: toilets, urinals, partitions, dispensers, fixtures, and floors. Breakrooms get counters, sinks, appliance exteriors, and tables. Workstations get high-touch disinfection, trash pulled and re-lined, and floors vacuumed or mopped depending on surface.

Beyond the nightly routine, our janitorial programs bundle recurring specialty work that most facilities need but rarely schedule on their own: high dusting, vent cleaning, carpet extraction, hard-floor scrub and recoat, interior window cleaning, and post-construction or post-event turnovers.
